In order to Register and Bid on-line,
you must read and agree to the following terms

CONDITIONS OF AUCTION
1. This is an Absentee Auction. The items in this catalog are to be sold at unreserved absentee auction, with the closing date of October 31st, 2009 at 11:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Where is, as is.

2. Bottles and More LLC (DBA GALLERIA AUCTIONS) has made every attempt to accurately describe the items being sold. Descriptions are guaranteed to be accurate regarding authenticity, age, condition and measurements within 1/4”, as represented in this catalog. Any manufacturing flaws and exterior wear that was not noted, in our opinion , does not detract either visually or monetarily from the value of the article and will not be considered for refund. (Please call with any questions on any item of interest.) Galleria Auctions reserves the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information at any time during the sale. If anything is found to be inaccurate; you will be informed of this as a bidder or potential bidder.

3. Preview: All items may be previewed by appointment only from the time this catalog is printed through the closing date. Our travel schedule will decide the dates we are available. Please call for suitable times and dates.

4. Bidding: Bids will only be accepted from registered bidders. Means of bidding:

All bids in any of the aforementioned format grants Galleria Auction the authority to protect you up to the amount of your stated bid. NO BIDS WILL BE REMOVED ONCE EXECUTED. You may telephone only during the auction, prior to the closing date and time, to check the status of your bid(s), to determine the current level of bidding, to open a bid, or to raise your bid on any lot. OPENING BID IS ONE-HALF OF THE LOW ESTIMATE.

Galleria Auction will not disclose bids placed by others. The highest bidder shall win the lot. It is the sole right of Galleria Auction to settle any dispute between bidders and to regulate bidding procedures. Any bids not meeting the requirements set forth shall be void. Galleria Auction also reserves the right to refuse any bid deemed not to be made in good faith. Closing bidding date and time is: October 31st, 2009, 11:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted.

6. Return and Call Back Procedure: When requested, bidders will be given a call back over the next few days after the closing date in order to resolve the final sale of an item. In order to reduce unneeded call backs; only the top three bidders that have requested this service will be eligible for call backs. There will be NO Call backs on items bid at less than $250.00. You must indicate verbally when bidding via telephone or mark the appropriate box on mail bid, internet bid, email bid and fax bid forms if you want this service. If you have requested the call back service; we will need to contact you between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. Eastern Time in the following days of auction closing. Bidders MUST provide appropriate telephone numbers where they can be contacted; if in transit it is your responsibility to contact Galleria Auction during this period and hours to update your bids. Bidders will forfeit their rights to call backs if we are unable to reach them. Galleria Auction reserves the right to discontinue call backs after 5 days of the close of the auction. ONLY THE TOP THREE HIGH BIDDERS WILL QUALIFY. CHECK YOUR BIDS

7. Winning Bidders: Successful bidders will be notified by mail with an invoice. There is a 13% buyer’s premium if paying by credit card (10% if paying by cash or check) added to the final sale price. Invoices are payable upon receipt. All items are shipped by UPS. Shipping, handling and mandatory insurance are extra. Charges for shipping are: $12.50 for the first item, $7.50 for each additional item along with additional insurance costs. Shipping costs on stoneware items will be higher due to additional weight. No item will be shipped until paid in full and clearance of funds. Foreign shipping costs will be higher.We encourage you to make arrangements to pick up your won items in person. Allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.

8. Refunds: Refunds will be given at the discretion of Galleria Auction. Items purchased must be examined, and a request for refund must be made IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of the item(s). Since opinions can differ, Galleria Auction will be the sole judge in the consideration of a refund. If a refund is requested on the authenticity, this request must be made within 10 days of receipt and accompanied by at least one statement of support from an authority recognized by Galleria Auction. There will be absolutely no returns accepted after 30 days of the closing of the sale.

9. By bidding on any item you indicate your acceptance to the above terms.

10. Immediate Purchase items are set at reserve pricing, which is the immediate purchase price. Once that amount is bid, that lot closes. Best offers are any lots that do not reach the immediate purchase price. The highest bid, will be forwarded to the consignor for consideration. Please check the callback box if you want callbacks on these best offer bids.
