| Lot 1. Important Blown Three Mold Snuff or Decanter 6.5H., Dark amethyst coloration, Unlisted but similar to GII-29 pattern, flared and fire polished lip, pontil base. 1810-1830. Probably Keene Marlboro Street New Hampshire. Very rare and unusual blown three mold snuff or decanter that was recently unearthed in Brooklyn N.Y. The color is identical to the amethyst Justis Perry flasks produced at Keene. We know of only one other in this coloration. The bottle has some very light inside and outside stain but is not detracting. The lip has a flake and the base has a .75 chip. Despite the minimal damage this must be considered a extremely rare and important decanter or snuff. Spectacular! | $ 1,100 |
| Lot 2. Important American Black Glass Seal Bottle 10H., Dark olive green, applied double collared lip, applied seal impressed I.L.M. Smith Wine Merch Baltimore, pontil base. America 1820-1830.American seal bottles are very difficult to obtain and are highly sought after. This example is in gorgeous condition one of only a few examples known. A rare opportunity to obtain a unmistakable American black glass seal bottle. Extremely rare!

| Lot 3. Early Pittsburgh Creamer 5 H. 12-vertical ribs, lead glass, applied handle , applied circular pontil base. America 1840-1860. Pittsburgh district. One of the classics in American glass this creamer is distinctively wonderful and is in pristine condition. The vertical ribbing offsets the perfectly done handle. A pristine early creamer. | Lot 11. Rare Blown Candlestick 8.5H. Light Honey amber coloration, applied socket w/applied ring, applied knops, teardrop followed by applied spool baluster, applied foot, pontil base. America 1840-1860. Pittsburgh or New Jersey. Very interesting and visually stunning early blown candlestick. The construction is so meticulously made that only a master gaffer could have made it. The spool baluster points to Jersey but since glass workers traveled so much, the exact origin is speculative. One thing is certain. This stick is, hands down, aesthetically perfect and equally rare. One of a kind!

| Lot 12. Rare Open Pontil Dr. Townsends 9.5H. Semi-sage green coloration, applied tapered lip, embossed Dr. Townsend/Sarsaparilla/Albany NY, open pontil base. America 1850-1860. One of the most sought after of the Townsend grouping in the tubular pontil variant. We have seen only 3 or 4 of these over the years and this one is a spectacular example. A must addition for any good Dr. Townsend collection. A one in a blue moon opportunity to obtain the rare open pontil variant. Very rare!

| Lot 12. 18th C. Sweet Meat 4.5H. Colorless, cut shell design body, applied cut baluster, applied foot, fire polished and cut base. European 1760-1800. Very unusual and wonderful early sweet meat in a great form of a shell on standard. Excellent condition and quite rare. A super sweetmeat not normally seen in this form. Great!
