1. All Bidders must register their name, address, phone number and resale tax number prior to the Auction. Successful Bidders will pay the hammer price of each item or lot plus a 13% Buyers Premium, Discounted to 10% for Cash or Check Payments. All purchases are subject to FL sales tax, except for individual with valid tax numbers. (Note: If you are an absentee bidder and your successful purchases are paid by mail and shipped by mail, no sales tax is applicable).
2. Absentee bids by phone, fax or mail will be accepted with a 20% deposit. Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Bids accepted will be posted
with time and date and they will be executed on behalf of each individual leaving a bid. Bidding will be executed competitively and items will be
purchased up to the amount by Absentee Bidders. It is entirely possible to buy items by absentee bid for less than your top bid price. This service is offered
as a convenience and Absentee Bidders will not hold the auction responsible for
any errors or failure in executing Absentee Bids. Successful Buyers will be
notified. Upon receipt of payment the items will be shipped. Shipping and packing will be extra.
3. Phone bidding will be accepted. You must register prior to the Auction. Have a valid credit card number on file or present a 20% deposit. Furnish the Auction with the phone number that you can be reached the day of the Auction. We sell approximately 75 to 100 lots per hour. The time that items sell can be estimated in a reasonable window. We will call you a few minutes before the items that you are interested in are being auctioned. You will be on the phone during the actual Auction. Please register early.
4. On-lines bids will be accepted. You must register prior to Auction. TO VIEW

bidding will end Friday Aug. 17th at 10PM for Saturday's Session, and Saturday Aug. 18th at 10PM for Sunday's Session. At that time the high on-line bids will be entered as absentee bids for the live auction.
5. All deposits of Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded immediately after the auction. If your bid is successful, your 20% deposit will be applied to the purchase price and balance due upon presentation of our bill. Should you provide a credit card number, the only way that we would use your Credit Card is if you default on payment, then we would bill your account for the amount due.
6. 13% Buyer's Premium, discounted to 10% for Cash or Check payments is applied to all property sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. Payment may be made by cash, check (with bank letter of approval), money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
7. The Promoters will assume no responsibility for incorrect description, condition or defects in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. All lots will be sold AS IS and the material will be available for inspection prior to the Auction.
8. Grading Scale: 10-Mint; 9-Near Mint, very minor flaws; 8-Excellent, very nice with minor flaws; 7-Nice acceptable condition, noticeable flaws; 6-An article that has obvious distracting flaws and or wear.
9. Estimates on the on-line catalog should serve as a guide to the relative value of the items herein. Given the rarity of many of these items, prices realized could exceed our estimates. This is an Absolute Auction. There are no reserves. All items will be sold.
10. The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which is the successful bidder. In the event of a dispute the Auctioneer shall at his discretion decide to re-open the bidding or not.
11. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's "hammer." The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. Please note, any lots we might make arrangements for moving and storing are solely at the risk of the owner and any damage or loss occurring after the fall of hammer becomes that of the buyer.
12. Bidding on any articles in this catalog indicates your acceptance of all the above terms.
