"GENERAL WASHINGTON." / BUST OF WASHINGTON - EAGLE Historical Flask, an early Pittsburgh district glasshouse, 1825 - 1835. Greenish aquamarine, sheared mouth - blowpipe pontil scar, Pt, near mint; (a ¼" area of very minor, light roughness on the edge of the sheared mouth, otherwise virtually attic mint). GI-2. A great example of this early beaded Washington flask with crisp, bold embossing and a much better than average impression.
